My family moved to Salem when I was 10 years old and I have been a member of St. Paul’s ever since. I attended Sunday School and sang in the youth choir in the old church on Chemeketa and Church Street.

My husband Jim and I were married in 1962 at St. Paul’s we have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in education from the University of Oregon and taught in the Lake Oswego and Salem-Keizer school districts.

My service to St. Paul’s: needle pointed one panel of the altar rail kneelers; served a 3-year term as Clerk of the Vestry in early 1980’s when Steinberg Hall was being built; member of St. Anne’s Guild and served as president for a 2-year term; member of the property committee.
